"Fantastic race, the fight with Ivar was really nice and fair. I really enjoyed it, until lap 26 when Ivar let me go to catch Gosbee. After that it was pretty lonely, trying to gain as much as possible on Gosbee who was on a 3 stop and really benefited from the fighting in the first half of the race. But we cleared him in the end thanks to a perfect strategy. Looking forward to the season finale now!"

"in Q2 I went into turn 6 too fast and got some oversteer, which lost me a tenth or two in the first sector. 2nd and 3rd sectors were pretty good, so P2.
Start was equal or a bit better than Bono and managed to get the inside through T1 and P1 in turn 2. From there on it was an amazing battle for 25 laps. At one point Jeffrey got by Bono as well, but unfortunately lost the position quite fast.
After my 2nd stop I came out behind Zoltan and passed him into T11 on the same lap, which allowed me to keep the 1st position.
On lap 25 or so Bono got through terminally. I managed to keep up with him for 2 stints though.
Before my last pitstop I made some mistakes and slow laps, which after the pitstop put me behind Martin. I got quite close to Martin into T8 a few times, but every time his early braking put me off from getting a good exit.
On lap 50 I passed Martin into T11.
Finished 2nd, great result and what a race. Happy that I was able to fight with Bono for so long."

"Q1 - 38:106 Was a cut but my 2nd fastest lap was a 38:110 so no problem.
Q2 - 38:7 or so, was a terrible lap but P8 was ok due to my strategy.

Race start was very hectic, had 3 cars or so swamping me by the first chicane in S1 and lost out to De Wit at the hairpin due to contact. Going to the T10 chicane complex I was drafting Puschke and De Wit for 7th but Patel misjudged his braking tapped my rear and I just kept it, I also lost out to him.
On lap 5 Patel passed De Wit in the T10 chicane and this resulted in De Wit having a bad getaway and I attempted a risky pass into double right hander in S2

On lap 12 I took the lead due to my strategy and after that my race was lonely and my only excitement was when Patel was near me coming out the pits but I didn't want to fight and loose time.

Nearing the end of the race Kalamees was 2 seconds behind when he came out of the pits for his last stop and I was running in P2, I thought I could hold him for the rest of the race but while trying to gain a better exit I had a big slide which allowed him to get past me into T10 and after that I was managing my worn tyres for an amazing 3rd place.

I couldnt of got this position if it weren't for the amazing fight keeping everyone in a train for the 1st few stints.

Thanks to Benjamin Chong for giving me the chance to race in Silverline."

"An amazing race, but I was disappointed at how i drove and with the result itself.

Qualifying was a bit off my best times, but starting from the second row always gives you a chance of improving your position. Unfortunately everyone got a good launch and there were no problems and we then had about 30 minutes of constantly scapping for position which was really fun but ultimately cost me a podium finish as it cost myself and Jeffrey a huge bundle of time and i made too many errors in the process of trying to get back in contention to have a shot at the podium.

Hats of to Bono who kept his cool as always, and thanks to the team for the great car."

"Amazing race eventhough the end result was quite poor.

Q1 was ok, I expected a slower time from myself as always, however I messed up Q2 pretty bad, just 0 concentration.

During the first 2 stints I've had some amazing battles with Bono, Ivar and Jack, mostly Jack though. I want to thank them for the fair driving, it was a lot of fun to have some battling going.

P4 In the end.

Congrats to Bono for the race win, Ivar for again an amazing result and Gosbee for a very nice and especially suprising 3rd place !

Cu at the season final at Interlagos "

"It was one of my best races. My Q was the best, for me. P11, i couldn't do a better lap, than the 8th, so it was the best.
On the race, with the fresh tyres, i could do a superstart. From the 11th, i was 5th after the first laps. Then i had a fight with Rietveld and Keithley, but it wasn't too long, and after that i had a boring race.
I'm now 5th in the standings, Tali is 15pts away, De Wit is the same, so i think i'll make risk, where it's possible. "

"Well, I didn't expect to get into Q2, but my lap in Q2 was poor with a few mistakes - but still happy to be P9.

Off the line I lost a place and at lap 1 into the second chicane after the second long straight I tagged the back of Gosbee, and we both went into a slide, I maintained P9 through all of the close fighting. Shame Petar got hit off at lap 2 or 3 or he could have had a great result for the team..

Lap 4 and I was able to pass De Wit in the second chicane in the middle of the lap, this allowed me to pull away from him and try to peg the gap to Baldi. I was also able to close in on the leaders, and even though I made some mistakes I could close into the leading 5. I pitted on lap 10, and from then on nothing much was to be said really...I was very similar pace to Baldi, and I knew Gosbee was not in my race, Puschke was closing in and I was sure it would be tight between us at the end.

One close moment was at Lap 28 where Gosbee exited pits and we so nearly crashed, we had a very similar moment in WS too! - when it came to the last stint I thought I could get Baldi, or at least come close to him and make him defend, but I had no grip and Puschke passed me on lap 49, with a bit of contact down the straight which nearly put me into the wall...

Nice to see him pit on the penultimate lap, got me P7 and keep Twister with a chance of beating NR in the championship!"

"Fucked up Q - P10.
Had an awful get away at the start nearly get passed from serveral guys behind.
On the straight I was able to pass serveral cars with a awesome slipstream.
One straight later I passed De Wit with some contact.
And on lap 2 there was this weird crash with petar. Dont know how this was able to happen;
I didnt expect him to move on the inside again but he did.. So I already was commited to the corner and we made contact which left him in the wall and me into a spin after trying to recover on the dirty run off area.
So from there on I tried to achieve max. result I could and found myself in P7 in last but I had 2 L too less so I had to pit again and had to give muhammed the place back.
In the end P8.
Could have been better but I'm tired to say this almost every race."

"I didn't have high hopes for this track, so the end result was about where I expected to be.
In qualifying I again just missed out of Q2, as usual by a small margin. Anyway, this allowed me to experiment with the strategy and go for a 3-stopper instead of 4 stops.
The strategy turned out to help me quite a bit. Even though it cost me positions at the start, I was able to keep up with the battling 4-stopper group quite easily. In fact the battling cars ahead were somewhat slower. Anyhow, this strategy meant it was no point to try risky overtakes and waste more time, so I just waited for everyone to pit and continued on a steady pace. During the final pit stops Tali lost surprisingly much time somewhere, meaning I could jump him and eventually finish 9th.
One more race to go, hopefully the season ends on a high note on one of my favourite tracks. "

The race start was good, and overtook 4-5 car...But i was unlucky..and i was slow in race..
I spunned in 40.lap,but i didn't lose any positions..
I finished in 11.place,this is not good result..

"the weekend started ok
But i struggled all weekend handling sector losing way too much time there
Still managed to get into q2
My q2 lap was ok s2 ruined pace for sure...
But still a solid 7th place

racestart was ok
losing a position to gosbee which i took back into de wit hairpin:)

then we braked for the 1st chicane and pusche braked to late and came into my side of the car damaging the car a bit
it was ok but car feld strange a bit

Then had a fight with Baldi my nearest competitor for the fight in 5th for the championship i tried everything to fend off but the damage i had costing me also a bit of topspeed and could not hold

few laps later Patel passed me gosbee saw his chance and csuti came along also me dropping further behind

There were some great battles troughout the race many passed in de slow hairpin which many did not suspected heheh:)

Due the damage i had my pitcrew forgot to give me new tyres at the 1st pitstop and had to pit again lap later droppig me almost to last place

so my race somewhat ended there
Tried all i could and passing many people before my last pitstop they fueled my car half a lap to low to reach the fininsh so i had to pit the penutimate lap again for the last lap lol still passing varga the last corner he suffered brake failure or something

see ya all in brazl

for highlight to simon abedesi

lap 1 gosbee passes de wit but de wit passes back
pusche hits de wit into the side de wit defends for 7th but cannot hold it

lap 3 baldi passes de wit lasts half the lap for 5th place

lap 5 patel passes de wit gosbee and also csuti sneak trough

lap 8 de wit almost passes csuti in de wit hairpin:)

lap 11 de wit passes csuti contact

de wit pits lap 11 but due to damage substained from puschke
pitcrew accidentley fitted no fresh tyres

lap 12 rare moment entering pits with csuti dropping from 11th to 20th

lap 19 de wit passes masciulli for 17th into de wit hairpin:)

lap 23 de wit pits from 10th

lap 26 de wit passses teammate kolarec for 16th

lap 29 de wit passes saxen in tumble for 15th

lap 32 de wit passes kostadinov for 14th into de wit hairpin:)

lap 33 de wit passes csuti for 12th great manuvre

de wit pits for 4th time and stalls dropping back furthermore.....

lap 39/40 de wit csuti fight great battle last 2 laps!!

lap 42 de wit passes tali who just came out of pits passing again into de wit hairpin:)

lap 43 de wit passing saxen for 10th round the outside good manuvre

de wit pits lap 46 for 5th time

lap 54 de wit pits for 6th time because pitcrew fueled the car half a lap to short and had to pit to last the distance

lap 55 final turn de wit passes varga for 12th who seemed to have brake failure"

"I not really like this track so I knew I will have some problem with my speed here.

qual: 18th.. I left a couple of teens.. but I knew that I will start from the back of the grid

Race: I had a great start I overtook 3 cars in the first lap! After I pushed as hard as I can..Sadly a little too hard and at lap 5 I hit the barriers and damaged my car. Csuti overtake me back and we had a nice long battle we almost had a same race pace here.. so it was hard to overtake him.. but finally I could make a move against him at 42:10 .. Then Lapchin came.. I dont know what was with him today but he was driving like a Rookie today. He damaged my car and almost end my race several times. after he disappeared behind me finally I had a nice run. in the Last stint I was 11th from 18th but Patrick was coming really fast so I had to push really hard and sadly one lap before the end 3 of my brakes are gone! I only had the front left brake on my car.. I tried to finished the race safely but 2-3 cars overtook me..

so another unlucky race If I wouldn't had brake fauier maybe I would be happy with the 11th place because AbuDhabi is the track where I'm slow every time I had to race there."

"Had bad Qualyfing session, was stuck in traffic and didnt use all the track as other were doing.Qualified terrible 20th,with 1sec of my PB lap...
It seemed to be something like Korea.
Also had problem on the start of the race, didnt see the lights and I actaully had to watch when will others start going...Terrible,but going to first corner gained few positions, and also in few laps later I was very with the pace.
Then few battles with, Lapchin,Masciulli,Lepalla, and so.
1st stint was good, but hadn't pace which I was expecting.
After 1st pitstop I was doing very well, was keeping with faster guys and trying to keep the connection with them. But then,2nd stint Leppala went straight before the turn 11 braking I think, and he braked too late,I kept my racing line and he bumped right into my wings and right chasy.I was damaged very badly and my car started to go left,so I had to adjust steering wheel to few deegres to left to get it straight,it was very hard. But I tried to put some good laps, and tried to keep up with top10,which was very hard in those conditions.
3rd stop good but didnt wanted to repair the car because it would take 20sec,so 4th stint was the same actually.
Wasnt too far from team mate, from some quicker guys but still I'm disappointed...
Brasil is ahead, last race of the session and hopefuly the lucky one...
Cya in Interlagos!"

"Very weak Q1 from me. I was able to move to 6th position but made mistake on last 2 corners, where i cutted one of them. After talks with Mikko i decided to start from the back, because i had bigger hopes for next race.

Started pretty good and overtook few drivers and managed to 15th place. I had good battle with others, but some of them they were too aggressive and few times pushed me away from the track where i lost 1-2 positions. Tried to be calm and with smart driving to win some other position. 27th lap i was 12th and was so close to the points but after the long straight Zoltan decided to stop into me and to spin me. I fell to 15th or 16th and again drilling the way thru the column and 37th lap i was 1 secound front Zoltan, he cutted few corners behind me, closed to me and spun me on the chicane where i hitted the wall and lost the tyre. I was so angry on that moment because one driver was fighting like for the win. Anyway, i had no luck again, several times this season i have pace for top 5, maybe have to go to the church. I hope for last race this season on Interlagos which i love the track to finish somewhere where will be happy."

"Q: Had bit of an moment on my last lap in Q1, was 3-4 tenths up on my own time at the end of the qualify when i catched very slowly moving Saxen in the last corner where i lost atleast 2-3 tenths. Im not sure if he didnt notice me or what was the case but luckily that didnt affect me getting in to Q2. Q2 lap for me was just about getting a decent lap together and i did, slow but a decent lap and p6 was the reward.

R: Race started well. I had a good launch and was right behind Petar and we had some intense racing going on in the 2 long straights and i managed to spin and lost alot of time while facing in the fence. After reversing and shit i managed to get going again dead last. I had couple of good fights and couple of awkward fights. At some point was following Tali in the hairpin when suddenly he slowed alot in the apex and i had no where to go and damaged my suspension. After it it was just about trying to survive with a car that doesnt handle like i want it to. In the end while racing with Zoltan my car just went off out of nowhere in last turn and i hit the pitwall pretty hard and that was my race. I hope i can drive last race in Brazil as i had alot of fun racing against people in WC even tho result wasnt what i was going for."

"It has been a long time since I've driven a race weekend.

During practice I didn't show my real pace, since I concentrated on my race strategy. However, I still managed a top10 position with very few laps.

During the Q session, my lack of experience in the 'new' qualifying format played an important role. The first lap I made was stable but slow, just to have a time posted. The other laps were unfortunately worthless because I've been blocked by 2 drivers on each attempt. This resulted in a disappointing 17th position.

The race started very well. I knew I had the pace to drive top5 times, and this became clear when driving through the field. Before my first stop I was in 11th position, with P8 in the sight. Somehow I lost some crucial time during my pitstop, getting back into P14. (I still need to find out why...) After this stop I managed to close the gap to my nearest opponents quite easily, but while passing Rasmus and Ville, we collided. From here on my car was damaged, and it was difficult to get on throttle.
After a few laps I found a new pace, still lapping better than the guys in front of me. Unfortunately I was too optimistic on throttle which made me spin and stall the engine.

All after all this comeback was very unsuccessful, but I believe I can still go for top10 positions, even with a limited amount of testing time.

Probably I'll cya all in Brasil!!"

"Q1 was horrible... barely made it, Q2 a very average lap with some mistakes but a decent P5.

Hectic battling for the first 2 laps, didn't want to risk much because I was way in front of Baldi who i had to beat. I had a bit of a scruffy s3 on L2 because i didn't know where to go from all the cars fighting in front. I ran a bit wide out of last corner and Puschke got alongside me and then it was some strange racing from him... first he keeps his line, squeezing me a bit to the inside, then nudges to the left and hits me, losing me 1-2kph where he pulled ahead almost with the whole car by the braking zone. I did a little dive but he steered in hard from the middle of the road and somehow my car was launched across his sidepod into the wall where i lost my rear wing... I don't know why he'd chosen the most agressive option, as there was space for 2 more cars on the outside plus turning in like i wasn't there :S

The only two WC races i haven't finished were 2 Abu Dhabi GPs, which is ironically my favourite... Brasil should be tough for me..."
