Comment: What a great day. Last year in France I showed my worst performance of the year, this year it was one of my best races. I still can`t believe it. Obviously this win doesn`t mean everything as Bruno and David couldn`t race but still i beat the rest of the field including Roy so I`m really happy. It had to come sometimes after few wasted chances this year.
I made an average quali lap which put me on 5th place. My start wasn`t bad, I overtook Disley but Dewit made great start and overtook me like rocket. No chance there, so I was driving 4th for whole first stint, not losing much to Andanson and De Wit. After they pitted I knew I won`t be worse than 2nd but then Roy also wasn`t that fast and after his last pit stop I found myself on first position with 17 laps to go. I knew I have to stay concentrated and not to make any mistakes. Gap stayed constant around 2.4s, Roy couldn`t really get close so I won the race. Great win for me but season isn`t made by 1 race so I have to stay concentrated and hopefully we can fight back in the constructors championship. I have to say big thanks to my teammate Scott. He made really great job on the track and also scored point. So thanks mate.

Comment: Finnaly a good weekend for me
Starting from 2nd 0.013 from pole with this +5 grid penalty
So starting 7th from the grid had a perfect start to be honest went from 7th to 3rd before the fast right hander i muscled my way trough:)was close but fair

Then in the adelaide hairpin i oubreaked Andanson for 2nd place but Kolbe was there too and had to brake harder and almost lost my car there had a slight touch with Andanson but nothing major Then the battle for 3rd place was starting with James Andanson this was really the heaviest fight i ever had to put with a driver heheh it was really hard racing he blocked but was fair in all honesty u can change your line i was almost pushed on the grass
But james you earned my respect mate was awesome racing
Finally a clean qualfy and a clean race

Congratz to Kuncman with his pace on 2 stops in the end i came 2,9 seconds to short on leader and Roy was also a bit too fast but still i am very happy to have reached podium and some points again
Also am very happy for Crown Da Silva and want to thank Ernesto and Christian for the chance to drive with them THANK YOU GUYS!

Comment: a great week end for me with a 4th place in WC, i didn t expect that.
qualified 4th, i made a good start and was 2nd behind Roy Kolbe.

During 75% of the race, i battle with Ptairck De Wit, it was an amazing fight, sometimes agressive each other, but fair anyway, i really enjoyed this fight, i knew Patrick is a very good racer, that was a great experience.

A mystake in pit made me loose time because of a too early pit asked, Patrick was away, so i just tried to keep my 4th place which was a great result for me, a spin 3 laps before of the race, i lost concentration.

see you guys may be in silverstone again.

Comment: Well, another 5th place here so can't be too disappointed. Magny-Cours is a cunning technical circuit with lots of tricky aspects, so it was very important that I got the car to behave the way I wanted. Unfortunately I lost my momentum at the start when the lights went off suspiciously fast, but regained two places in adelaide to be back into eight. After that Scott did a great job of defending against me for over 30 laps without mistakes, so I really had to prepare my attack well after it failed a few times in the hairpin. After overtaking him I had clean air to do a few good laps to settle into 5th, although Hellsten was again right on the same pace putting pressure, similar to Canada. In the next race I expect to get a strong competition from team-mates, as Silverstone should suit their style better than mine, so hopefully the whole team has a bit more luck then.

Comment: I had no time to practice qual setup, as I had planned to do that on saturday and sunday, but got other plans, so I made a qual setup in the official practice, and did 1.13.0 on the qual, and got 13th spot on the grid, so I think that was not to bad.

I did a good start for the first time, or maybe others just had worse start, but I passed 3 cars before T1 and ! in T2 as Stephane was of track, but I had JES on my tail on the straight and I knowed he was going to try to pass me, and I knowed he was faster then me, so I did no attempt to hold him behind and he also got Hellsten in Adelaide.
I was holding 10th for 5 laps intil I passed Hellsten in Adelaide, but had contact and damaged the left rear, so the car got a bit nervouse, but could handle it, but it was not how I wanted the car to be, but I got used to it after some laps and did same laps as normal.

at my first pit stop, I did my only mistake, and repaired the car, so I was 16 sec in pit, and cus the car got repaired the car feelt different again and I had to get used to the car again, so I probably lost 10-15 sec on that.

On lap 53, Hellsten got out from pit just behind me, but sleepstreamed me on the straight, but I braked later and had the inside at Adelaide, but in the during braking Hellsten probably turned a little over to my side and we had contact again, and my tires locked up and I missed the turn and Hellsten got past.

then a few laps later I had to pit, and got out from pit 11 sec behind Scott, with 15 laps togo, so I pushed realy hard, and got the gap down to 1,3 at the finish.

So after a good race I am still a bit dissapointed to not get any points...again.
Anyway I need to remember that I was closer to the top then earlyer races.

Comment: I had very low expectations for this race as my testing was really limited. But anyway, everything was over in 100m. A car spun in front of me at the start and it was impossible to avoid him, so I had to pit for a new front wing on lap 1, losing 40 seconds in one lap. As lucky as usual.
