"I had a good pace. After my second pit and Roy's pit he started to have problems. He told me what was. Then from that on we started a battle, and ended badly in lap 58. Roy spun in front of me, I couldnt do anything to avoid him because i was too close to him. He stalled the engine and I just had to bring the car to the finish (with minor damages)
I dont want to celebrate at all. Yes Roy is my first opponent, but he is also my team mate. I didnt want to win my first race like this. Sorry for what happened to you Roy"

"I have to say this was one of the races where I had more fun in my whole carrier. Battles with Roy and David were really fantastic and I really hope we can have them in every GP.
Formula 1 could be envious to see such a race, really a great show.
Second place in the end is surely great and I'm looking forward to have other GP's like this one."

"I had a fantastic beginning of my race....

I qualifyed 5th but die to penalty substained at imola i had a 5 slot grid penalty so i had to start 10th

I had a reasonable start to be honest and after 4 corners i was already up to 5th some had problems into 1st corner i guess.

After that i could follow greco but nothing more then that

After my 1st pitstop i was behind smalenbach still have to watch the replay but you never know what his next move will be i will watch replay and judge then i tried but at 1 points i failed and went into the gravel that cost me at least 20 seconds and spun couple of times and going straight after another trying attempt on smalembach i also in the end had great battle with my former teammate dennis hirll which was a hard fight in the end

To be 4th in this race is amazing after starting 10th"

"A really great feeling to stand on the podium after such a hard race. The race didn’t start well for us. The car of my teammate Dominik Binz had serious problems and the crew wasn’t able to solve this before the start. So he had to stay in the pits and an real early ending.
The qualifying was perfect for me. P4 in such a competitive field was just awesome. The start wasn’t really good for me. I overslept it completly and lost many positions entering turn 1. Thanks to my strategy I was still able to finish 3rd. My first podium. I am really proud of that.

I’d like to thank my team, my teammate and especially our sponsor Red Bull, who is supporting in a perfect way this season."

"I didn’t enjoy the evening at all. Basically Schmalenbach ruined it completely. First he knocked off the dashboards in practice so I couldn’t practice seriously after having done no laps this weekend. Then before qualy my throttle pedal’s spring broke halfly and I had a very soft padel now. I did a reasonable qualy time but I would have been in the top 3 for sure, now I was only 7th. In the first lap of the race I had to struggle a lot because I first had to find the rythmn and get the feeling for the pedal. Some cars passed me. Then I was behind Christian and I tried to overtake him in Turn 1 but we collided and he spun. I don’t think it was entirely my own fault but I felt really sorry after that.
Then I was behind Schmalenbach who was really slow because he was on a one stop strategy. His driving was crazy, he changed lines every now and then and it was extremely dangerous. So many times I backed off, otherwise we both wouldn’t have finished the race. I overtook him outside around a corner but then at the chicane he just went full risk to pass me again, again I backed off to avoid the crash. It was just unprofessional. Later I was again behind him but then I passed him at the same corner, again on the outside, and luckily he didn’t get into the slipstream again. I’m happy with 5th place seeing how the day went, but I think I could have finished on the podium today, at least, without all those problems.

"First race fore the FTS team, i did a bad quali run, about 1 sec from my pb. started at the back off the field. but after a few laps i was al ready in top 8.

But then i made 2 little mistakes and spun 2 times, one time i hit Martin a little, dont know if it was my fault, i was next to him and he turned in there was no way to go fore me. But after all a very nice race P7 iam happy with that.

"1st point for me, that's the only positive thing about this race. I had not a good setup, I wasn't able to get a good 1st sector, but the first part of the race was not bad, I was 5th. Just few laps before my first stop I did 2 mistakes which costed me many positions, and in my last stint I lost another position to Ferry because of another mistake... so I'm not happy with my performance. That's all."

"Qualifying was nice. I drove a PB. Of course that is not difficult, when you've just done 2 tests before. The lap was reasonable good though. The beginning of the race was very interesting. Too much happened that I can remember or tell everything. I lost position and won positions and was always fighting with other cars. Then I was turned around in first corner by Dennis. That was quite a pity because I had just realized that my pace was good enough for a top 5 result with my 2 stop strategy. Well, fights weren't over yet. But then - two moments of brain failures - and I crashed the car in Ford corner. I could recover, but had lost wings. After the necessary repair I was far behind and also the car was not ok anymore - I would say the balance was more lifely than before; that cost me more than half a second per lap. Mentally I turned off now and was just driving without ambitions. It could have been long 40 laps, but to my luck there was Marc. I didn't hurry to overtake him, but fought with him for quite a long time. Just after I had passed him I spun and the whole procedure started again. Nevertheless this made this part of the race interesting for me. Thanks Marc! In the last laps I pushed more and more every lap, just for fun. It ended in a big crash and I just could bring the now heavily damaged car to the line.
I'm sorry for the team that I throw the good chance for points away. I had the speed to fight with Sebastian, Patrik or Dennis. After starting practise yesterday this was better than I thought I could be. I am sure later the season I drive again a race here, perhaps with a better preparation and fighting for podium."

"What can I say, I´m very very dissapointed. Leading after 58laps of 60 and then ZERO points. That´s really hard!:( It was very very difficult to keep David behind me, becauseI lost a lot of topspeed. Dunno, maybe it was the little touch with a backmarker during the race, which slowed down the car. Additional I got massive brake problems, probably I used throttle & brake at a time too often. The brakes were totally overheated.

In lap 58 I touched the curb in the fast left after Dunlop. I lost the back of the car, but the car slided stable. But then I got a hit from David and he turned me around completely. I lost the engine and ended in gravel. He was very close behind me, so it can happen. It wasn´t intention for sure. Nevertheless I´m very sad. However, had good fights today, so congrats to all on podium. They were really fast today."

"This was my fiirst normaly race in this season without connection and technical probs The only thing was, that I was not racing in my BRD racing seat, so I had a another zitposition. I started the race on place 16 and make in the first lap 3 or 4 places. I had nice fights in the whole race. Christian pushed me very hard and we had a big battle. Thx to mate ;-) I did also a 2 stopper and make mistake with the fuel on my second stop. 5 laps more fuel than needed ;p. Let's Looking forwards to the next race. Thx for the nice battles guys and see you on track next race."

"That was a disaster race for me!!
What is annoying I had a reasonable pace for this race! I started 13th on the grid (unlucky for some!! Uummm me) I went off on lap one turn6 just made a silly mistake leaving the braking that little bit to late, I am going to forget this race and concentrate on the next, hopefully I won’t make the same mistake again

Thanks to my team and sponsors Kiwi Racing, Coca-Cola, RedBull, F1 Racing Magazine, and Third eye creations, for given me the opportunity to drive in the FSR World championships.

"Another race for me to forget, had slight bit of lag at the start lights, where the last two lights lit up at the same time, caught me off guard so I lost a few places. A few laps later I was chasing a couple of cars fighting for position, but I thought they were going in really slowly into turn 1, and I didn't brake hard enough, which meant I damaged my front wing and my front right suspension. Later on, I was about to overtake Ferry, but he had made a mistake up at Veedol, and then rejoined the track, almost driving into my sidepod, whether that was meant to trick me into doing a mistake, or some other way of defending his position besides from doing it on the actual track, I don't know, but it was wreckless if you ask me. Anyway, I was trying to catch up to the rest in front of me, but my damaged car wasn't helping me one bit, and I lost it up at the exit of Veedol..."

"well , I had a fair qualify , second placed ... was confident , the car was supposed to be very stable .... the start was ok , lost the 2nd place because Roy blocked me so Ernesto was able to pass me. Then I was following both Ernesto and Roy , when on the third lap the rear of the car just gained somehow a lot of oversteer, and unfortunately the tyre went into the grass and it was uncontrollable. ok 3 laps is a massive disappointment really..."

"Had a pretty good race! In the start i had a fight with pappalardo, and it resulted in a spin, and i hitted him once in the first corner! Dont know what happened, i braked very early, but i couldnt take the wide line, because i had Neumann behind me... But suddenly it looked like pappalardo just hit the brakes, and suddenly he was just infront of me... It resulted in a bended suspension. I kept on pushing and i came past him, and from that moment i just kept my pace, which was pretty good... Ended up 6th, which i am pretty happy for, since i only managed to qual 11th! ;)"
