|"What a great weekend for me... I'm very happy about my first vicory in FSR.|
Quali went very well with a new personal best.
The race was very tricky because bono an I tried to pull away from Greco wich worked almost perfekt. Befor the first pitstop I knew the only way to win was to pit one lap earlyer then bono to have a 2 second gap so that bono couldn't use my slipstream anymore. After the pitstop I had the expected 2 secound lead and tried to push again. From then on it was only about to bring it home.
Now we are leading the teamchampionship and still the driverchampionship wich make me happy as well. So I'm looking forward to Valencia.
|"First of all congratulations to Ronny for a great drive. He was too fast for me. I could keep up with him in first stint but when he had a gap after the pitstop, he was gone. I tried for some laps to close the gap a bit but then I was just making too many little mistakes. So I decided to save the car and bring the car home in P2. A great result for Precision, I want to thank the whole team for some great setup work once again."|

|"What to say, quite a disappointing weekend for sure. The qualify was pretty bad, I lacked some grip and confidence in the car, and all I could do was a measly 13th .. like 0.080 behind 5th or something like that, which is pretty disappointing.|
The car was then ok in the race, I went up the field as I expected, and when I reached 4th, it was all I could do, The Precision guys were a bit too fast even if I started in 3rd or 4th place, it would have been a maximum of 3rd place. So .. patience, in the end it was almost the same but I had no chance to fight and that's the disappointing part.
Also congrats to David for his pretty solid race!
I've good memories of Valencia but it's a track similar to Canada unfortunately, Precision will be the strongest again for sure, I just hope we fight closer and deny them the party.

|"Qualy: Crazy, I was P15 when I improved a little more than one tenth, and went to P5. P7 on the grid finally. Very happy. Luck plays a big role here, the field is so tight.|
Race: Kept 7th at the start, then passed Prevot, Morris and Nilsson. to be P4. I let Nilsson go to save some boost in his slipstream as I knew I'd need it later. Let go Poniatowski also but surprisingly after my pitstop I rejoined ahead, and had the best tyres due to stopping rather late.
From then on it was about bringing it home, it got a bit close with Karol in the end. I think P5 was the max result, could have easily been worse with a worse qualy.

Q was okay, within the top10 is always better than outside of it.
R started okay, couldnt gain positions, but didnt lose any - thats okay. The car survided as well and I could follow the group infront of me and watch them, waiting for my chance.
In Lap 2 there was a fight between Dennis and Mathieu into the hairpin, Dennis overtook Mathieu in the inner line. When Mathieu came from the outer line back to the racing line, unfortunately I was there in the meanwhile - I think he didnt see me but it caused an unfortunate spinner for Mathieu - I´m very sorry to him, but there was simply no room left for me to act in any way, avoiding wasnt possible because Jaakko was in my back and this would cause a chain reaction with much damage I guess, however I am very sorry about this unfortunate incident.
From then on I tried to catch back the group infront of me and I did. After some laps Dennis let me through and I could catch and overtake Fredrik on the backstraight without much defending from him - that was fine because his topspeed wasnt his best weapon.
Later I overtook Lee with the similar manouver on the backstraight.
Then I came into the pits and there happened the same as in Turlkey - I stood 9 secs there!! I lost the positions to Dennis and Lee and Patrick due to that. So the fight should beginn again. First I overtook Lee, than Patrick and then stuck behind Dennis - I couldnt reduce the gap as fast as I wanted - in the last 5 laps I came very close to him but well, then the race was over and me on P6 with 0.2 tenth behind Dennis.
I need to find something about the pit trouble - I mean 6 secs difference is a hell in WC ;)
All in all I am happy with this valuable points, P5 would be maximum so its fine.

Quali: 14.016, did 2 PB's during quali. Not too bad but I thought I could do better, P11.
It was very difficult to judge where to brake during the first few corners, I lost 1 or 2 positions but the main goal was to be safe with an undamaged car.
Had some nice battles during the race, one unfortunately ended in contact with Jaakko.
P7 in the end, decent points."
|"I was a bit off pace in Q, so I only started from P17, quite disappointing at that point. Also first stint was not perfect either as I had one front-wing too much and my car was very oversteery and twitchy, but I was able to overtake some guys and stay calm. My plan was to make a early stop to be able to put the hammer down afterwards and obertake some guys. This all worked fine and finally I was on P8. The last 20laps John-Eric Saxen made up ground very strong and it was tough task for me to not make any mistakes. In the penultimate lap his brakes went and I was able to slow a bit and secure 8th place. In the end, I am happy with points in a WC race and I want to thank Pedro and Phil for giving me the opportunity."|

Was Realy realy happy with p5 on grid.. could have had 3rd if i had hooked up the final sector but 5th is a massive improvment and shows the kind of progress ash racing are making !
Once again i had little top speed which resulted in me loosing places to cars that were ultimatly slower than my pace.
decided to try a 2 stop when i hit the infamous wall of champions early in firs stint.. think i pitted on lap 22 i then aimed to get to lap 50 and stop again..
had some great battles with people mid race realy good to fight with them but it was always speed that ruined it !
de wit and me made contact mid race too but de wit has apologised and therefore we will not be protesting.. thanks to him for being honest and for a great battle late on in race !
happy to score points again but if i had rn less wing i could and should have been p4..
well done to hannel on his first fsr win and well done to greco for his twister efforts !

|"I had somewhat higher expectations for this track but already after testing I knew my pace was simply not as good as it had been on the Tilke tracks, still got few things to sort out with slow-speed cornering in this mod.|
After a difficult qualifying race went pretty ok, cars spun and crashed in front and behind and I managed to climb into P9. In the last 10 laps I tried to pass Euler but he had the same top speed as myself in slipstream so wasn't really possible. In the last laps my front brake failed unexpectedly and almost ran out of fuel as well, considering that I'm lucky to get 1 point.
Valencia should be a nice track for our setup, which hopefully shows in the result."

Not what i had in mind,but anyways the start was pretty ok
David Dominguez lost his front wing somehow so needed to becarefull
was gaining some spots espcelliy on backstraight due to ok topspeed
In the end 11th today for me was maximum as i don,t understand tghe car tjis year at all
And the differance is just too big not only in q but in race the gap is even bigger
when somebody overtakes me they ahead after 2 3 turns and away by around 1,5 secs there must be something wrong bigtime with my car
i have no other explanation for this
We can,t even fight for a single point so i am very dissapointed!!!

|"So.. at least this time I got within .2 of my pb in qualifying. I avoided a stranded car and in doing that was overtaken and stuck behind a slower car for the first 15 odd laps of the race. Then couldn't really make inroads to the cars in front, well not most of them anyway. "|

my small hopes for points was already lost on lap 2 as I had a weird crash with Prevot on the long straight witch ended his race and made me lose my FW and some suspension damage that made the car even more difficould to drive then it already was, as I had very low wings, as I was gambling on topspeed as I was missing that in WS.
Anyway I tryed to do stable laps but with a car that wanted to go everywhere during braking and acceleration it was very difficould, but I at least finished the race."

|"I drove the first stint in traffic which cost quite badly in terms of lap times. I decided to pit in early and gain some time back. I knew tires would last to the end quite easily.|
The race ending crash came on lap 29. I passed Puumalainen on the chicane and he tried to re-pass me on T1 which ended up in collision. I spun middle of track and Nilsson i think it was couldn't avoid me and hit my front tire off."
|"I was strugling to find confidence in q setups so it was realy hard session for me, on my quickest lap I did personal best in s1 and s2 but then on s3 where I had been as fast as anyone I braked too early to chicane and it cost be some 0,25 seconds. More disapointing was the starting place p12 while 1 tenth better would have given some 5th or 6th place. |
I experienced some quite nasty lag and from my view every car in front of me lagged so I knew start would be tricky. I did some very cautious start checking cars in front and rear to have maximum distance with everyone just in case someone would lag into me.
After clean first laps I still couldnt push as there were quite big train of cars ahead of me and still cars were flicking so I decided I will save engine and brakes til I make my pitstop.
On lap 17 I droped my pace maybe too much and gave Bruno a good run into last turn, I decided to keep it safe and not to take defensive line before chicane as race was still long but as I understand now we both took it too safe and some realy akward and frustrating dnf happned second race in a row. Bruno touched me in the last chicane and I half spunn towards the wall I clicked the gears down quickly to avoid stalling but got onto reverse and race over.
Trying to forget last couple of races now and keep concentrating on next one where I want to be on top of pace in Q aswell as in Race.
Also congrats to Ronny for his first win I know how good it feels, and also Bono for his 2nd position."
|"Difficult week with few laps of testing. I didn´t made the qualy because it was only few hours before the race when I knew I will be able to do it. The race wasn´t better and a mistake in the first laps sent me to the garage."|
|"Bad qualifying 3 tenth behind my best, then the race wasn't better, had much lag maybe due to my connecting, second lap was hit by karol at the airpin, then my wheel wasn't going straight and i wanted to call the pit and i pushed the wrong bottom which put me in the neutral and broke the engine."|
