|"A realy great weekend for me....|
In the qualification I did a 13.8 witch was near my PB.
The first stint was quite boring... I tryed to save feul and tyres in first stint and could even pull away a bit from Bruno. But in the end of the stint Bono could close the gap because of some mistake in T 10 from me.
I pitted very early to got a little gap witch worked but Bono could close the gap again and past me right befor the secound pitstop.
Bono and Bruno did an earlier secound stop... therfor they was about one secound ahead of me after the stop. The whole last stint I tried to safe feul and engine in the slipstream from Bono and Bruno.... Bono could pull away about 2 secounds from Bruno and me but I stayed patiend in the back of Bruno... after about 10 laps to go I overtook Bruno and could close the gap to Bono again... And I think besides the last lap there was a nice fight for the first position.
And hopefully we caught the maximum points for the team again.
I'm locking forward to the next GP.

|"So so weekend, in qualify I was 1 tenth slower than pb, that's ok for my standards at least and was on the 1st row. I took the first stint pretty easily, didn't want to push too much as the car was a bit hard to drive. My 2nd stint was better, I managed to close on both PM until 2 laps before my pitstop to around 1 second, unfortunately I made a costly mistake on the stadium section that cost me almost 1 second and my chances of coming out of the pits clearly ahead of Bono and Ronny ( meaning them out of my slipstream ). |
Then my right knee started hurting badly and I just wanted to bring the car home, didn't fight back at all ... so 3rd place is ok, bit of a shame that I lifted a bit too much, maybe I could have passed both PM after their tangle on the last lap eheh.
In any case it was a positive weekend as I managed to get some good points and didn't lose that much to Bono. We'll see what will happens on the final rounds, not very long to go now.

Start was scary as expected. People doing a bit optimistic moves here and there.
Luckily I survived the first laps without damage, pitted early and got laps on clear track, which I guess allowed me to pass some drivers. Later on the second stint I catched Lee Morris on 6th place. I did an early second stop which allowed me to pass Morris without fighting on track. For third stint I had Nilsson on front to catch up on 5th place but that gap was already too big, so I decided to settle for 6th place.
I had pace for better, but as we've seen, the race is half over if the starting position is somewhere back of the grid."
Quali: P14, pretty much what I expected.
During testing I quickly realized I had the worst pace since Monaco on this track. I felt a 1 stop strategy was my only chance of getting in to the top 10.
In the first stint I managed to get up to 8th before the pitstops started. It was tempting to change my strategy and pit but in the end I decided to stick with the plan.
I had clean air for the majority of my 2nd stint so I was able to push as hard as I could. This combined with the 2 stoppers battling behind me allowed me to finish 8th.
And now for a nice 4 week break."

Another thing wich frustrating me was some people following on outlaps and fast laps I tryed to let them pass but they would slow down too so please stop doing that it ruined 3 laps of mine.
R: The most frustraiting best race I have had if that makes sense.
I was realy confident in my race pace to challange for the victory even starting from p9.
As always I didnt take too many risks first corners as some cars had lag and some made some optimistic moves, at the hairpin on lap 1 Karol hit me from behined and I spun and had to go into neutral. I had damaged rear wing for the rest of the race and droped down to 19th place.
Next I had to manage to get around some laging and agressive people so I had to still take a bit of caution not to crash out from the race.
Dominguez pushed me wide 2 times when trying to pass him at hairpin wich made me lose 1 position and valuable time.
I managed to get passed him at one point and after that there was still lots of passing to do. By lap 12 I had crawled my way back to 9th position I had lost 18 seconds for the leaders so I had to push and give 110% of me every lap every sector every corner but as I decided to switch to 1 stopper to avoid driving around cars I had to drive without any brake locking or wheelspinning to avoid blowing up tyres.
I pited at lap 33 at that time left front tyre had developed some grip issues but I knew next stint should be easier on tyres. Coming out of pits I passed Karol and Rietevald, after wich I again put the hammer down and made one of the best stints of my career wich resulted me staying a head of Nilsson who was hunting me down whole time with newer tyres.
So at the end 4th place wich I cant say satisfyed me at all as my pace allowed me to atleast fight for the victory today but at the same time getting from p19 after first lap to 4th positions without any drivers retireing infront of me cant be too bad eather.
Thanks for the team for the nice job again now we can take a little break to recharge our battaries to go upagainst to the remainder of the season."
|"Happy to be back in the points after a few difficult races. Qualifying time was good but the position not, from where on the first laps were difficult as usual (almost ramming into Florian due to late braking, but luckily he avoided). This time, however, I got past cars quicker and an early first stop on lap 13 worked perfectly, giving some breathing space.|
Before the last pit stops I was within distance of Poniatowski but decided to pit later than him this time, hoping to gain on him in the final laps. When re-joining 4 seconds behind it seemed like a fail, but I was able to regain the seconds in the remaining laps and eventually improve one position. Towards the end some contact with Rietveld caused small damage and P8 was out of reach."
|"Was happy with my qualifying time, it was hard to get all good sectors here.|
The race I was caught in the usual field spread, but I also had alot of engine left at the end, didn't have enough fuel on board, so maybe I could have had an overall quicker race, as I did have to conserve during the middle part for quite a few laps."
|"Not much to say. Even less practice than in Silverstone, setup was only good in the first laps, on worn tyres I was iceskating. Seldomly did more mistakes than this time.|
That was it.
Otherwise, some good clean battles, although for positions I prefer not to think about. Of course for being competitive one must do more practice, like I did in Canada. Can't find time or motivation for that though atm."
|"Race was absolutely better than yesterday. Some small setup changes and driving style adjustments got me 0.5 sec every lap in race. I'm happy I finished the race, because i squeezed everything out of the car this race. Couldn't go faster with this setup.|
Starting from the back of the grid, my race started easy, looking out how my pace was compared to the pack. Had some good fights and pushed as hard as I could to keep up with Hirrle. Last stint i had to save my engine and couldn't defend my position with Prevot, so I didn't fight him and decided to finish the race. "
|"The race was pretty solid at first - just hung off the back of the pack and picked up spots as others died and was running with Dennis and Andre i think for most of the run.|
Like Dennis, i had real problems on worn tyres just not enough grip especially out of the slow turns so dropped back after a while as the harder i pushed the slower i went :(
finished in one slightly bent piece, but finished all the same."
|"Qualify: Made too much errors in my laps and the setup was tricky for qualify. Bad qualify, but during practice it was not much better.|
Race: The setup was prepaired for the race and my pace was not bad, only the tactics I used during the race costed me alot of places. I am happy with a nice clean fastest lap, but the result is one to forget quickly.
I had some fun and fair fights with some people and some Jojo fight with John Eric Saxen, tho his tactic brought him points, as I drove infront of him I should have pitted the same times to score a good result.
Well done to all finisher and hopefully hungary will be better for myself then.

Race : I had a good start, was P13 in the first lap and there was some nice battles. Unfortunately I hitted a bit Bekker at the hairprin trying to overtake him, and I spun. After that, I had a stop and go penalty for entering a bit fast in the pitlane ... then there was nothing to do. I was racing with no motivacion, did a mistake and race was over."

The server is too laggy... Disappear car on the grass ??? i have 2 incidents caused by that,
When i was in the slipstream of Lee Morris, the car moved ( resynchronization ) i must do a reflex moving to not catch him !!
The second incident is with Canapino, i was inside before the corner, and the car catched me, in my VCR we can see that Canapino just after that have resynchro...
This incidents make me lost my licence....
I'd like to talk with the admin because i don't want to go with this incident on my back
I made a amazing start so, 10th to 5th before the incident with morris...

About race, didn't made a good start but was really fun and interesting to fight with other drivers in first laps.
Lap13, lag killed my race: when i was fighting with Agustin Canapino, i braked too late after a big mistake but had clarely no contact with Agustin's car on my replay. But he lost control of his car ( because of the lag i think) and we had a contact who broke my front wing and the front left suspension.
After pitting, car was more than 1 sec slower because of the problems. Had some nice fights and lap 31, contact with Morgan (because of his pc problem) finished my race but np for that as my race was ruined since lap13.
Driving WC today was a really good experience but unluckily lag ruined my race.

Q was almost maximum, maybe 1 or positions more infront but thats it.
R started ok, nothing special to say at all. Had some tight battles and some fun in first stages but in the end it was pain only. On top I stood again 9 secs in pits, cost me P8 or something but okay cant change it anyway.
Last thing goes to Rasmus, sry mate due to I caused the spinner in the hairpin in L1 but you guys broke very unexpected there infront of me in the mid-apex, I simply couldnt avoid the contact at all, very sorry again."

The race would be tough I thought since I did not drive more than a couple of laps in a row during testing, but the pace was very solid and gave me a 5th place which I am very happy with. Precision are untouchable at the moment, which Tali showed with his one-stopper. It was exciting to try and catch him in the final stages but the top speed was not there for me. Now it will be nice with a break."

would have liked to be a bit more upfront in the race but just didnt have the ultimate race pace..
Realy unhappy with the lagg at the start and for most of the race... i had contact with canapino but i can show replay evidence of what i had to put up with.. was crazy and its not just me ..
Myi internet is fine.. i tested it just after the race..
We realy need this srting as its no fun racing like this..."
|"My first WC race went pretty well. I was really dissapointed that I forgot to allocate for the WS race. Anyways, Ghostpeed gave me a chance to drive in the WC which I accepted ofcourse.|
Q: Went pretty well, set a pb time somewhere in the 14.1 I believe. My goal was a top 10 spot which I achieved..
R: Had a pretty good start. I came away safely trough the first lap.
I had some great battles during the race. I also had some contact with Blair and Saxen, sry for that. Finished 11th. Not very good but not bad either for my first WC race."

Did a good start i could win 4 position but a big lag and dennis hirrle car freeze a little just in front of me and i lost my front wing and had to change it!
