"I was quite disappointed with my qualifying, usually it's one of my strong points but here in Suzuka I could never put the lap together. So I could only manage P3. In the first few laps it was important to keep close to Ronny, but I had to pass Atze if I wanted to stay close. I had to take some risks then and in Lap2 I passed him in turn 1 and could immediately close the gap to Ronny. I stayed behind for a couple of laps, I wanted to create a gap to Atze and when we managed that I passed Ronny and we were increasing the lead even more. It became clear in the 2nd stint that Atze and Rasmus were on a 1 stop strategy, this meant I had to push like crazy the whole 2nd stint. When Ronny and I made our 2nd stop we came out behind them and then I had to pass Ronny, Atze and Rasmus on track if I wanted to win. In the end it was quite easy to pass them with the fresher tyres and the crazy slipstream effect. My main opponent was Ronny but he was too busy fighting with Rasmus which meant I could create a nice comfortable gap and take another win! Thank you to the whole team again for the great work."

"Realy great weekend for me.
I have done an other PB in qualification again.
The race was realy close between the front runners.
And it was even more exiting because Rasmus and Atze were on an other strategy then Bono, Bruno and me.
But in the end it worked out for me and especialy for Bono who had a tooooo fast pace in the last stint.
I was able to hold Rasmus the whole last lap behind me but of course thanks to Rasmus how didn't tryed some stupide things.
Now my aim is done... I cought the last Auto GP Price which make me realy happy because the testdrive was the main reason for driving here in FSR!
And what I have also to say is that FSR is for sure the best F1 league in the WORLD with the hardest competition I've ever had!"

"Q: Nothing special and because of that p7.

R: Was cautious the first lap not to get damage, after that started to pass drivers one by one until I got behined Kerkhof and decided it was more efficient to stay behined him and not lose time with battling.
After first and only stop I came out behined Kerkhof again but as I knew I had slightly better pace I wanted to pass him as fast as possible to get full potential out of new tyres.
14 laps to go Bono caught me and we had a nice battle unfortunatley I had little chance with my older tyres, after that Ronny was behined me and we battled until the final lap, but lack of grip compared to 2 stoping guys made it hard to have good exit out of spoon to attack in chicane at the last lap so I had to settle with 3rd position.

Overall it was realy exciting race from my view and the fact that with this race I secured AutoGP prize is quite incredible as I have been dreaming about driving a single seater since I started watching F1 some 12 years ago.

Thanks for the team and congrats for another great result, see you in Brazil.

"Qualifying was a bit of a disappointment, I had sectors for a 29.8 but I could never quite put it together, p4 just 0.068 doesn't quite excite me..

Race, I had originally planned on trying to hang on to the Precision's during the 1st stint, but I didn't even have time for that, Lee hit me on the hairpin. At least he let me pass again ,even if it meant losing places as well.
Then it was pretty much it, I gave it all, but I almost couldn't even be in front of Atze. The gap was surely smaller than in singapore but it's not really a motive to be happy ...

See you in Brazil."

"Q: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA< that was the thought I had after I set that laptime. absolutely amazing. PB by 0.1 sec.

R: Yesterday I wasnt feeling very confident in the car. But my pace was much better today, because I was pushing pretty much to the limits. Figured that I was driving this track the wrong way, so changed a bit in my driving style. Although I was lacking practice on a 1-stop strategy my first stint went pretty consistant. Only after pitstop I was struggling with my car. Didn't feel very confident after the pitstop, because I didn't know exactly how the car would behave.

After Marques passed me, I figured there was not much to lose, so I tried the car doing consistant 32.mids on a one stop strategy. This is a huge confidence boost for next race, because the absolute pace is there if I handle the car right.

conclusion: Although I really thought this race would be a big letdown for me, it turned out to be the best race in my career. Thanks again to the whole Twister team and Ghostspeed for giving me the opportunity to drive in WC this race.

Congrats to Bono and PMo!

"Quali 9th, not too far behind my pb so ok.
Race 6th, Which is ok also. I wasn't driving very well, which is quite obvious just by looking the 17 seconds gap to the guy front of me. Could have easily been worse result."

"Quali: P13 with 30.473, pretty satisfied with the time, not with the position.

Clean start, made a bad mistake on lap 4 or 5 and lost 5 seconds + many positions.

After that my race was pretty much decided, I knew I had good race pace but starting so far back and making such a mistake I knew at best I could get 6th.

Had a short battle with Jaakko in the final stages of the race, wasn't fast enough to keep him behind and ended up in 7th. Expecting more from Interlagos."

"My whole GP has been bad, starting from a bad qualy session (missed 0,3s in the las chicane in my best lap), and a very very bad firsts 10-15 laps, for some reason I had a lot of understeer, a lot more than my testings sessions during the week. After that, the car was really good, following Mikko in our 1 stop strategy. After 1st pitstop, I made a 5s-mistake in the hairpin, 5 key seconds because the gap between Morris (8th) and me (10th) was only about 2 seconds at the end.

Happy for the point but I know I had pace enough here to reach a better result ..."

"Qualifying - Not very close to my PB and every lap i had traffic which did not help, still happy with 5th only 1 tenth from pole.

Race - had a good start was running with marques but unfortunatly i touched marques slightly at the hairpin, i realy hope it did no damage and I have apologised to him, i did let him back past after also letting 2 other cars past in the process to make sure i was fair about it.

Later in the race i passed Conti and im not sure if we made contact if we did i do apologise at this point the lagg was terrible, while it was good before this point, but am getting new ISP to avoid this.

Really not happy with 8th but i want to thank my new team for all their hard work through the week, we built a top car and very proud to be here as the car is clearly up there with precision and twister, the team just never had the wc drivers to show it, hopefully I can be the guy in future races, we will be a force next year and hopefully next races.

"Pretty similar result as last year here, not much to mention about. After the first lap things were looking bright with cars eliminating themselves in the chicane, but into T1 I watched some car in my mirrors too closely and braked just late enough to lose my front wing on Mikko's car, and consequently had to drive the whole lap around. The rest of the race was cruising with a badly damaged car and nothing but waiting for the chequered flag. Good points lost this time but I guess this happens every once in a while."

"Qualified 10th. Good chance to finish in the top 10 with race pace. End of lap 1 my race is finished by a car hitting the anti cut and almost stopping, and then a car behind me hitting me. Repair all in the pits didn't fully fix the car, was slower the whole race because of it."

"I was really happy with the best Qualifying of the season for me
not really slower then the ultimate pole but still only 6th but for me it was a good position

Then in race i knew we lacked speed on straight what bottlenecks me whole year alrdy

Then after my 1st pitstop i came behind D Greco which let me passed and i thank you for this David you did not needed to do this but thanx
Then after i passed him we went into the slow chicane and i took a bit too much curb and my car spun like in Singapore tracks not tested good enough for this shit cause it let to my retirements 2 times alrdy and now ruined my race here in Suzuka 5 pitstop and the fastest lap that was it sorry for the team yet again"

"Q: First lap was the fastest, got a 30.7 and was unable to improve it. Gutted though - 0.2 and would have been like P11.

R: Got off the line well, moved up to 15th and then got up to 10th. From then on it was me trying to defend, I didn't want to too hard as it was very early on. After dropping to the back of the group, I was able to keep on the same pace as Greco and was able to make sure he couldn't close in on me.
Mikkonen pitted and came up to me and passed me at the pitstraight but didn't need.
On lap 13, Lee exited the pits and in the S's we made slight contact giving me rear suspension damage. Exit of Degna i went on the kurb and put it on the wall...

Didn't expect much, didn't really test for here. No time..Will be faster at Brazil!"

"Was happy with the qualifying considering the amount of practice I had. Start went well, took it quite easy on the first lap, then in the last chicane I was a bit squeezed by Mikkonen, got stuck on the kerb and hit from behind so I lost my rear wing. The end. Motivation has now reached a new low."
