"Q1: I did one lap and my rFactor crashed. luckily my time was registered so I was safe.
Q2: reasonable safe lap, not perfect but good pole!

WU: rFactor crashed again! So had to shut everything down, delete the buggy CTDP plugin and installed XD. Nevertheless I was stressed out at the beginning of the race.

Race: 1st corner went almost wrong nearly kept it there but fell back to 3rd. I knew I had to overtake Mikkonen quickly because else Greco would be too far maybe. But this happened quite soon. After that I closed the gap to Greco and he didn't fight me either.

After that I was quite relaxed but when Greco disconnected, I saw Bono was already 4 sec behind me.. So from there is was stressy. Because Bono had fresher tires throughout the race he was able to drive slightly quicker, but I kept it under control.
Finally that victory where we've been waiting for.

I wanna thank the whole team for the hard works these weeks and special thanks to my friend Cossacco who was guiding me through these weeks and race keeping me sharp..!

Now I will jump into the car to France/Spain to do some surfing :)

Have a good break all!!"

"So, I had a back of the grid penalty andI was expecting quite some chaos in the first lap and I was right. Fortunately I managed to avoid everyone and everything and I was already up to P10 after the first lap without really passing anyone. I moved up the field quite swiftly, after 20 laps I was already on P2, more than 4 seconds behind Kerkhof. I was a bit faster than him but the gap was too big because of my penalty, so P2 was the maximum."

"Really pleased with this result! Been a while for a podium for me, even just 1 or 2 a year is better than none! Happy!

Was not sure what Q1 times would be so a bit surprised at 2nd but I wasn't sure as I said about what times others were doing so maybe 50/50 if 28.1 is good or if 28.4 is good for example.

Q2 lost a tad from pb , but 29.3 close enough.

Race, I gained after 2FAST4U cars spun and had a disconnection. I couldn't pass Mikkonen in first stint, in second stint he maybe had a problem, so was able to pass him when he seemed to conserve.

Obviously being ex-Twister knowledge has helped, as has ATR knowledge, so thanks to both and also for Atze for recommending me to ATR."

"My race was not very spectacular. I suffered contact on first lap, which caused damage and dictated my first stint heavily because car started understeering badly. On pitstop I could add more front wing so it was ok again, but I was out of planned strategy and worried about my tires and fuel. In the end tires lasted ok, but I nearly ran out of fuel which explains my slow driving on final 15 laps."

"Q1: 1.28.7, was p10. Didn't expected to drive q2 so first surprise of the day.

Q2: 1.29.8 not a good time but p8 on the grid so not so bad.

Race: I had a good start and was able to pass Jim Parisis.I saw 2 cars spuns and was p5 end of lap 1 because Morand had to pit.
After i had to defend against Jim Parisis but i had enough top speed to stay front. After some laps , i saw Bono "Rocket" huis just behind me and i was no able to defend p5.
After Bono passed me, again i had to defend against Jim until he had a disco lap 24.
After i pitted, Mikko was behind me and i had to defend again. Thanks to good top speed, was able to defend p5 and i had to do the same thing with Dennis at the end of race.

So, after yesterday's disco last lap, p5 in WC :) i'm really happy as this is the first time i finished a WC race. Big thanks to the team for the help and congrats to Atze, Bono and Blair for podium."

"So, first race with Precision. It wasn't too bad for just a day of testing. The car balance was reasonable, but there was no time to make the setup more towards my needs. Team is working nicely and did some good efforts. In any case it was a good race. In the first lap some drivers wanted to try the impossible again and spun off, so that was nice. So I was staying behind a group of drivers in front of me and waited for the pitstop.
Was a bit surprised to see my teammate pit a lap earlier and thus leapfrog me. I was quite a bit faster in the second stint but had to stay behind, with Nilsson catching us, which wasn't ideal. A few laps before the end, Mikko made a small mistake and I passed, but the few laps to go weren't enough to pass De Matos who had a good top speed. I think with more laps I would have gone through to 5th. In the end I saved the tires, didn't want to risk anything.
Now in the break I have time to analyse some data and hopefully start more infront at the next race to avoid such troubles. Congrats to Atze and Bono."

"Q1: 28.8, made a mistake which cost me a spot in the top 10, 11th on the grid.

Start was pretty tight, a lot of cars heading in to the sweeping corners in sector1, seemed to be quite clean though.

Heading in to the 2nd to last corner on lap 1, I braked as soon as the guys in front of me did, and the guys behind me took advantage, passing me and pushing me wide over the tall curb, dropping me to 13th.

After that I managed to pass Allar and Pat, both were quite tricky to pass because I had much higher wings than them.

I decided to pit 1 lap ahead of schedule to try to leapfrog some places, near the same time a few people retired from disconnections, and I was surprised to see myself in 6th places after the stops, closing in on 5th.

It was very difficult to pass De Matos though, at the same time I knew that I was asking a lot from my tires which were already on the limit even without the dirty air.

I started saving my tires after Dennis passed me, I also had to let Nilsson pass a few laps from the end because I was so concerned that my tires would not last.

Starting the last lap however I saw that I had just enough wear left that I could push as hard as I wanted on the last lap without fear of a puncture.

Starting the final sector I noticed Nilsson made a mistake, so I tried to take advantage. We had a hard fight for the last corners and I managed to pass him on the outside of the 2nd to last corner, which was a very nice feeling in the end.

Congrats to Atze for his 1st win and Bono for his great race, also a nice podium for Blair."

"Q1: can't get my good lap as in test, but enough to get the q2

Q2: I hadnt repeat the q2 lap as in ws, but quite good lap give me a p4 on grid, nice.

Race: After a good start i was involved in the battle between greco, mikkonen and atze and i make a mistake on exit from beckets turn spinning my car. After that after stowe i didn't see a car next to mine and i commit another stupid mistake, ruining mine and the other driver race. Anyway i had a very nice battle with patrick and lee, it was very funny and im proud to be able to fight with so good driver in wc."

"This was a rather expected performance from me on this type of race track. Before the qualifying I had some technical issues which forced me to join in the last minutes which wasn't ideal obviously.

At the first lap I was forced wide in T1 and later on the same lap I had a massive "handbrake slide" into Club, flipping the car over, but somehow everyone managed to avoid me and no damage took place, so only lost a couple of seconds.

The rest of race was a peaceful and enjoyable experience until Lee made a mistake and ended up behind my gearbox. Eventually he overtook me but I was able to repass him in the final turn of the final lap, due to his puncture. At the end of the day I finished exactly where I deserved. Looking forward towards a bit stronger finish at Nurburgring."

"First race done. Qualifying lap wasn't the best I was able to do but P18 was propably the best position that i had possibilities to. I have to admit that i was very nervous for the race. At the start I had Huis behind me and I knew there was no chances to do anything against him. I didn't want to risk anything also becouse our main goal was to finish the race so I was just trying to keep the car on track for the whole race. I had some moments here and there when i had to give room for the guys lapping me. I also had to change my strategy becouse I wasn't so sure if the tyre would last till the end of the race. I think this was the best result i was able to do today and hopefully with lots of practice I can do little better in next race. Now I have better picture of the limits this car has and hopefully I can improve little for the next race. "

"Q1 I didn't manage to do the lap I was able to. P18

Start went well. Bono passed me in T1. All was fine, but in turn 6 John Eric Saxen made a mistake on braking. He went sideways on the inside curb and went flying upside down in front of me. I somehow managed to brake and avoid the hit but i lost back of the car spinning out. When i was getting back on track i went over the curb and got stuck on it. Stupid mistake. Was really care full not to stall my engine and i somehow managed to save myself. Lost really a lot of time there and overheated my engine in the process. Lost almost 20% of its health.
After that i was way on last position and with my pace i had no way of catching anyone. So from that point i was just happy I managed to stay in the race after what happened in 1st lap. I saw no point of pushing, so i just took it easy and that meant that I had lonely race and finished with no problem. I event went for fresh tires in lap 41 just in case. Was happy my engine lasted.

I'm happy for my team mate and WarfF1 team. Both cars saw finish flag in front of team home crowd.
Would like to thank whole WardF1 team. Special thanks for Patrick for really good job.You were really helpful.

Congratulations to podium.
And I would like to thank all the guys for all kind words and warm welcome in the paddock for new team and it's drivers.

"Another unlucky first lap for me. There was a bit lag at start and i touched someone in front which caused my spin and trying to restart engine i finished on a curb with two tyres in air. I spent about 10 seconds trying to exit from that unpleasure position and when i was free i noticed that i lost 15% of engine life. With radiator set to 1 i know that 85% for the entire race will be not enough to finish the race. Angry for that I pushed a lot and i was able to catch some drivers in front of me. Then after my pit i tried to finish the race because both drivers in front and back were far but even if i drove for 20 laps about 1 second slower than my pace to safe engine life, it died few laps before the end."

"Q1 : P3 !!! I was so happy, the car feels good and i can attack and make 1.28.5

Q2 : Problems happened... FPS drops from 300fps to 50fps with MUCH LAG when i drive, i try to make a lap but impossible to drive... it looks like i have resynchronisation... When i do my mistake, i stop and i have Lost Connection...
I restart Rfactor with basical settings ( I have 965 phenomx4 + 9800GTX+ ) but the thing is still here... ( I have a clean Windows 7 + clean Rfactor + HDD formated Friday )

Race : I start 9th, I was inside of Conti but hit me... I spun at high speed on the grass and tried to save the car... I want to rejoin the track safely but i had a STOP AND GO... Seriously ? Why put a anti cut penalty here when we have Director race and Postrace analysis ??? It ruined my race... 10sec stop in the box...
I rejoin the track behind Marconi and in last position... I am so angry that i spun in S1. When i catched Marconi, i tried to pass in the outside but we made contact and i went to the outside tarmac and i spun again...
I stayed on the server but i was not motivated... I Have no luck.. like the puncture at lap 17...
I catched Raino Room after Pitstop and i overtook him at Stowe corner after a little mistake, but he wanted to overtake me at VALE chicane but he had too much speed and Hit me... I laughed so much seeing this... It is not my DAY !
I catch Allar after that, i didnt want to pass in Copse to not make contact but i have so much speed to be in great position at Maggots... At the entry to maggots, i was on the inside of Allar infront of him, this is a tight fast section of corners where its not good to try overtaking, especially being allar with slower speed, allready overtaken, it was like he try to win a battle he allready lost! But i could see he tryed, so i left him enough room to be there, but sadly Allar in his desperate attempt to keep his position chrashed me in a bad manor.. I decide to leave the race... i loose too many time with that... Artistic note : 10/10 Efficiency : 0/10 I Hope i will have the same Qpace and race pace like Silverstone in Nurburgring... "

"Q1: I made a good clean lap and got a 4th place in Q1. I was little surpised by that I can say, I wasn't expecting to be that good.

Q2: Made a small mistake in my hotlap that costed about 2 tenths but P7 was ok for me.

R: My race started well with De Matos passes me in the start. Then 2 cars spun in front and got myself in P6. Then Morgan Morand made an uncharacteristic move cutting the track and drove into my racing line in the middle of the 1st lap. A very dangerous move by him and then he made a stop, guessing a stop&go penalty cause cutting the track. So, P6 again behing De Matos. I was patient behind him waiting for an error but it wasn't coming. Then in lap5 Bono and I danced through T1 of s2 with him taking the position at last. I was keep pushing for P5, as Greco got DNF. But in lap number 24 I got a disconnection from the server. Really sad to see that coming but this is "online racing". Hope to have better luck next time."
