"I'm delighted of my first win in FSR. Last year I did some races in WS-Ace with the TC being allowed. My Momo pedal is too short and it's very difficult to drive without TC. I did two races in 2005 for Spyrox Competition, replacing my own drivers of the team. This year, with WS-Ace disallowing TC, I decided to make some races in WS-Pro for fun. Still, I practice enough to try and fight for the win. This race was really tough, because you have a lot of turns and you just never relax. It's also quite tricky, because there bumps everywhere. I'm just so happy that I finally made it to the finish without any problem. It was exhausting. I had two great fights with Faisal and then with Wayne. I could pass them both in turn one to take the lead. The rest of the race was just maintaining the pace in the crucial moments and keep the good gap. Thanks to the Test Team of Twister for the base set-up and also to our partner NaturalPoint."

"Gratz to 1st place Joel. I wouldn't have had the pace to keep up with him even if I didn't suffer that random fps loss- but hey, oh well- would've still lost by 20 seconds anyway. Was a fun battle while it lasted- unfortunately it only went on for maybe half the race. Lucky to finish 2nd even after my incident, which only cost me my front wing. Good job to Peter for 5th. Some more points- can't wait for the new computer beast."

"Hungary is not one of my better tracks so i was quite happy to be starting the race from 6th spot.
I got a really good start and by the first corner i was in 3rd position. I managed to maintain 3rd for 1 or 2 laps but with Wayne White breathing down my neck it was only a matter of time before he passed me dropping me into 4th. With Faisal's suspension failure i was soon back into 3rd spot. With P1 & P2 fast pulling a lead away from me i decided that a nice steady drive could see me to a podium finish. I managed to pull a lead from 4th place(Brian Labode) of about 8 to 10 secs, then i noticed that Wayne had pitted and was some 4secs behind me. Now i was in 2nd place, i closed upto a back marker(Scott Beck), as i was following him he made a slight mistake and slid a little....i went to the inside and passed him but i totally lost concentration while making the pass and i was not in the right driving line to make the next corner. I slide off track and got stuck in the sand, i tried to jump the car out but the engine got to hot and that was the end of the race for me. But its not all bad as my team mate Brian Labode got a podium finish and scored some valuable points for the team. He also moved himself ahead of me in the drivers chamionship, up to 2nd place. I couldnt be any happier for him as he has driven several consistant races and more than deserves that 2nd place in the chamionship.......good on ya Brian mate."

"Qualifying was 4 tenths off my PB of 1:17.2 but was enough for pole in both sessions.

Had a decent start and was first to T1. Drove carefully on the opening lap to get a feel for the car as I was on a one stopper, especially after low fuel qualifying. My test times for that strategy were predominantly in the mid 18s.
On lap 2 or 3, braking maker missing for T1 which threw me off slightly and gave Joel the chance to get by me. On the following lap I had a silly spin into T1 which dropped me a couple of places followed by a major crash into the barrier on the exit of T3. Broken front wing and heavily damaged front suspension.

On a positive note, congrats to Joel for the win! I'm sure we would have had a good fight for the top step of the podium had I kept it on the black stuff ;p"
