|"Perfect weekend for me, we really found a good setup these last few races. We made a big step in the championship again, looking forward to Korea."|
|"Messed up qualifying just like in Germany. Managed to pass de Wit around the outside of the final chicane, and the lap after I passed Keithley for P2 The gap between me and Bono stayed pretty much the same during the first half of the race, the 2nd half though I was a lot slower because I was just way too tired. Overall a boring race, but happy to take P2 !"|
|"Starting last caused by late allocation, my race was over before it started. Unexpected nothing here...|
Race : Got a great start, with the chaos at Turn 1, it help me to hillclimb the field.
In the first stint, i was able to catch the De wit group.
When i saw that i couldn't overtake the guys in front of me, i decided to pit earlier ( 7th lap ) and the strategy worked.
I got several good battle, with De wit for example, with funny overtakes during braking.
In the last stint, i was 4th but keithley slowed down and i pass him for 3rd place.
Podium !! what a race.
I will make some back of the grid later. It's funnier than racing in front.

Race - got a very good start and got passed Patrick just before entering T1 and then tried to stick with Bono but thats like oil sticking to teflon so concentrated on running my own pace and getting the best result i could, so that also meant not fighting Jeffrey too hard as he was running faster than me but I could also see I was quicker than the guys behind him so I just settled into 3rd and stuck with the plan.
After the excitement of T1 though the rest was fairly uneventful as I was just waiting to see where I could finish and due to position changes down the field in the las few laps I had to concede the last podium spot to Morgan but still very please with my finish.

|"Q: Nothing special, times were really tight from 2nd position upwards, could have been 2nd or 10th, ended up 6th.|
R: Lots of fighting whole race some clean ones and couple of questionable moments. Race was similar to Qualifying could have been 2nd or towards the end of top 10, unfortunately I was not lucky with traffic and the main problem was passing De Wit with whom I had long battle at the beginning and towards the end of the race. I could pass him into the chicane but his top speed was much better and he could just drive past me next straight.
Overall I was happy to drive an exciting race but cant be satisfied with 6th position considering our potential.

|"Not the best qualifying, lost a tenth or so in the last chicane and some time here and there, but 5th was OK.|
Start was good, slotted behind Rasmus in 6th. Unfortunately due to 3-stopping cars ahead of us we were held up quite severely in the beginning stages. Rasmus had quite short 7th gear, so I took my chance just before 130R and passed Rasmus, going 3-wide. Wanted to have a go on passing Patrick myself. I managed to do it on lap 9 through Spoon.
Mid stints of the race I followed Rasmus around. Got whole right side of my car damaged in contact with Peter Varga, which slowed me down a bit, but didn't really affect the race too much from that point on.
After the last pitstop we were behind Patrick again and couldn't find a way through that time.
In the end 7th. OK result. Being stuck in opening stint really hurt."
|"The qualifying was just a disaster. In Q1 someone crashed into me just before the last chicane of the outlap, so I lost valuable time. When starting the last timed lap I was way out of top 10 and my heartbeat was around 200 when crossing the line. Fortunately it was just enough for 10th place. Still in the shock, I couldn't drive proper Q2 and I did my worst lap ever to take 9th place.|
The race started well, I gained two places, but then I got caught in the De Wit train. The laptimes were like a second and a half off clean air pace, so I pitted three laps earlier, but couldn't do fast enough laps to leapfrog Tali and Kalamees. It was then just driving and driving and trying to close up on them with the less than 3 seconds separating us through an hour of racing. In the last stint we again got stuck behind three stopping De Wit, who seemingly had low wings and it was impossible to pass him.
It was really dissapointing outcome of what could have been a podium finish with my WS Q2 time. It was my last race in WC this season, gotta say it was too much for me in the first year of racing here with doing two races in a weekend for 3 times."
|"STart from the back of the grid... got clean through s1 and was already 15th.|
Pass on Masciulli on L3(t1), on Disley (L5 130R), Varga(L10 t1). In the 2nd stint came out in 15th and caught Saxen, passed him on L15(t1). I was then following Simoncic pretty much the whole race but my pace was really horrible with this car as i was driving as if i had medium tires on the rear, with terrible understeer i used to give at least a bit of traction. Unfortunately Lapchin juuust got passed me after my last stop and i was isolated from the De Wit train until i could get passed on L48(t1). They were more than 3s up the road, i tried to push a bit and got a half chance at Simoncic after he made a mistake on the last lap but i couldn't do anything.
Okay result... what if my car worked like it was a few days ago, doin' 31:9s, we'll never know :D"

Q2 : P7, very close to Patrick, who scored 2nd spot. Missed last chicane again.
Race : Lost one position in first turn. Then it was close racing but I wasn't close enough to overtake, though I had good topspeed (but not long enough 7th gear).
I got fresh air in 3rd stint for first time in race and I couldn't get to my pace, moreover I was doing many little mistakes that cost me many places in the end. Ended 10th and frustrated. But good and fair battle with some drivers, though I think I might have done some unfair moves on Fredrik."

In the race I was on a 3 stop strategy but got a drive-through penalty for going to fast into the pits. Without this penalty I could have been inside the top 10."
|"Not the ideal weekend this time. A decent qualifying lap was not enough to start in top 10, but I was not too worried, starting in P11. In the first corner I managed to pass a couple of cars on the outside to take P9. At this point I found myself behind a queue of the 3-stopping De Wit and Lapchin, while everyone else, including me, was on 4 stoppers.|
After the first pit stops I lost some ground and later on lost focus momentarily in Degner 1 on lap 15, which caused a scary 360 degree spin. Very lucky to have come out of that with only a 3 seconds time loss. This meant I had to pass De Wit again, which I did a couple of laps later into turn 1.
At this point I had lost too much ground to the 4-stoppers ahead, so the remaining race turned out to be a battle with Fredrik Nilsson. Towards the end of the race he overtook me with a brilliant move into the chicane, which meant finishing outside the points this time. Overall a quite unimpressive weekend, but still a couple of good tracks remaining."
|"Q: Out of the 3 laps that i got i was in traffic in 2 of them and on final lap when i had clean air i couldnt get a lap together so disappointing p14.|
R: While gridding I was starting the warmup lap as usual but i forgot that i changed position of my clutch button and managed to stall on the grid which was tbh, a bit embarrasing. Starting from pit it was pretty much just hotlapping against myself. On lap 29 I catched Marconi and had an awesome battle on the esses switch backing trough the corners and getting the position. Was probably the most fun overtake i have done in FSR so far on my short FSR career but sadly that was the only fun thing about this race. Finished on p14 which obviously was disappointing as i had the pace to be easily in about top8 battle. "
|"It was funny this race, a lot of battles for all the race and i hadn't mistakes....but also the pace. :)"|
|"Q1 - I had only 3 days from 4 months no driving and did maybe 150 laps practice and did not expect too much from this race. Qualified 16th position and i hoped with clean race without mistakes and to use others mistakes to up to 10th postition.|
Race - Did normal start and on 1st corner I do not know what happened i had clean air outside the corner and last moment i saw Baldi to take a place front me and to stop. I had no time to think and to stop and i hitted him. I think it was race incident because this is 1st corner of the race and everybody risk, but after this situation I realised that every little chance for points is gone. So I lost front wing and had to visit the pit. Came in the pit behind Jaakko who was my teammate then and had to wait him 10-15 seconds. After the pit I was already 23rd :D Somebody had incidents or crashed and i moved to 16th. Boring race for me tried to drive on maximum with little practice against other drivers with over 500-600 laps so i am not disappointed from this race.
Now i am thinking for next race in Korea and then i hope will back my previous form and will fight for good points."

R: Just another T1 crash for me, 3rd or 4th in a row. I'm really disappointed, it was the race that I had much free time to practise and laptimes were looking really really good, but one more time I am unlucky and been crashed from other drivers. Accidents on T1 and before hairpin on lap 1. I pitted to fix the car but whole front end of the car was yellow on damage even after my pit so no chance to find my pace with that car again. Bye"

|"It was a very bad weekend for me.. I couldn't do a good lap in the Q1, and then on the race, i was in a crash in the turn 1, before the first sector i had close moment, it wasn't too nice from the cockpit.. then i tried to catch the train, but i made a stupid mistake, cause the car wasn't as fast as on the tests, and i tried to do the same laps."|

Q1-Had great pace in first lap but due to traffic I made silly mistake and I did 1.31.9 which was emberassing for me...
Couldn't get the proper lap as I kept joining in traffic and I started to do mistakes...I had a lot of preparation before the race and I couldn't belive my eyes that I qulaified 20th.But I was looking forward to race,in which I should had good pace.
I had good start,and there were collisions in first corner,which distracted me,I looked at my mirror,Petar was behind me,then suddenly someone slowed a bit down I tried to brake a little bit but my car just span and crashed right into the wall.. I think I've never been so frustrated than this time,I lost my front wing,just grabbed my head and apoligized on team radio.
My 3rd race in WC,and now this was my mistake,no one to blame actually.
I know this will take consequences,but in my career I've never done such a stupid mistake,eh...
I hope I'll cyu in Korea..."
