"I'm absolutely satisfied with third, again I did no mistakes at all and again it was the maximum that was possible. The fights with David and Zaahir were nice, they were on a different strategy but I knew it would work out for me, no matter if they stay ahead or if I can repass them.
Thanks to Joakim for another good setup and thanks to our sponsor NaturalPoint who really give us major assistance with their fantastic TrackIR product."

"I'm getting used to race in WC, it's really nice. Thanks to my team Kiwi Virtual and our sponsor, F1 Racing. My qualifying was pretty bad – but I’m used to it. It really does not make any difference for me especially in WC races. Started 14’th. I had a good start, took it very easy in T1. In T5 I was 9th. Nice. Then I was overtaken by Danny, but kept it going.

The 3 stopper proved to be the right strategy, the car behaved just admirably, as it felt the same throughout the stint. Manged to avoid trouble and kept my pace constant, and that was the key to finish 6th. I think I made no mistake at all. This is my best ever WC race finish.

"My qualifications went really well, I did my best result this year. I had the chance to score a new PB during my stint! I was expecting a .5 slower time...
Unfortunately, the start wasn't good as I fell back a few places, due to the little mess in turn 1.
I managed to overtake an Ash car in the first laps of the race, in turn 1, and then I was trying to pass Bilibok. In the first laps I was faster, due to his 2-stop strategy. I pushed to pass when he was heavy, but didn't manage it.
For the remaining laps, I was always within 10s, but I was never able to catch him.

I'm very happy to finish the race 7th after the disappoinment in Hungary."

"Another bad race for me....bad qualify this time about 1sec slower.
Unlucky at the start from T1 two cars were stopped ahead me and i avoided them for miracle but when i backed on track i was
Then only some funny battle with Lalue and Gaczella.....but the others were too much seconds in front to catch them. Nothing more.......-("

"First of all I want to thank FTS who gave me opportunity to do this race. It was really nice to back into the car I did my 1st FSR race with. Unfortunately I had very few experience with rFactor and when I thought that is a big prob for my pace, together with few time for practice to this race, as I was called as replacement driver - it was not really true. Of course I was very slow and knowing that decided to do 2 stops and just going to finish the race. But in race I developed I can fight with Ash drivers at least, even when they were 3 stoppers (I think). So I wasn't slowest there. But me few experienced with the game costed me with other thing. First I got DQ in qually, but it was not bad, started from the back I did not worry about hit someone or been hit and I never got start with rFactor. I think I missed when lights went off lol But already after some turns I was right behind other drivers. They were doing mistakes, I just running may car safe and with 2 stopper I was already 12th of 16-17 running cars or so. But when I stoped for my first ever pit-stop in rFactor, 1st I missed pits, but it's ok. I did not practised it, np. lost some time. But after that I did really stupid.... I staid in pits with thoughts pit crew are animated..... so when I developed I was able to go out of pits 30 secs ago or so, an rejoined track on last place more then 20 secs behind other car - I became very angry with my self. lost concentration and id mistake, lost front wing, went to pits, next lap did other mistake and rear wing gone together with suspenssion. After that I was able to get pits somehow and do other 60% distance with damaged car and doing all to lost enough to be classified. 11th. It is my fate in FSR seems lol I did 4 races, finished 3 of it and all in 11th. But I don't worry a lot. My teammate finished 8th and he was mmuch faster then me. Even with 2 stops I had no chance to beat him. Even to beat Phil I was need to go my limit may be and do not do mistakes at I think. So anyway no wasn't able to get it to the points and 11th or 10th, or even 9th - no a big difference. I developed I still can be a little competetive for FSR WC, but need more pracitce. And this time I did good 1st part of the race at least. Tnx to all in the back for the good fight :P"

"My start was really good, I went from p15 to p10 in a few corners, I was not able to keep this position and lap after lap I lost a place or two until I was on 15th place an spung du to tire wear.
after my first pit stop my concentration was totally gone and made some mistakes and screwed a lap for Dennis, sorry mate.
In my second pit stop I went too fast entering the pit lane and had ( I thought ) a stop and go witch was a drive through so the game didn't see it as doing my penalty. and my race was over.

"Well, this race weekend in Istanbul was one of these to forget. We did not have enough time to prepare for the race. Also, we still failed to show our true performance in qualifying. We really have a problem with this qualification format this year. Hopefully we can change that for next year. Anyway, I’ve started from 12th after a grid penalty of 3 positions. I was able to gain a lot of places on the start and through the next few corners. Then I was behind my teammate Dominik and was able to overtake him. We had great fights in my opinion. Hard but always fair. I really enjoyed it. After my first of two pitstops, I was in 6th, just about 9 seconds behind sister teammate Zaahir. With the changes I made on the setup, I was able to gain a little bit of time and my times were faster compared to the first stint. Unfortunately, I made a driving error just after turn 1 in lap 27. I had wheelspin and had to hit the brakes hard. The tyres were locked. Due to the high speed and the slippy asphalt besides the track, I hit the barriers. Not only my front wing was gone, but also my right front suspension had severe damage. As I lost a complete lap on the way back to the pits, knowing my car will handle crap and it’s a risc for other drivers, I decided to park the car in the box and retire from that race. Third DNF this season for me. The first one that was caused by myself. In Canada, my brakes failed and in Indianapolis I got hit hard from behind in lap 1 / turn 1. Now, I hope to be up on pace again for Monza. Will do everything to secure the team a podium finish.

Also, I’d like to thank our sponsors Red Bull, NaturalPoint, Coca Cola and F1 Racing Magazine for their great support."

"A disappointing race for me. I had a scrappy qualifying but was reasonably happy with 4th because its good enough for the race. I had a decent start and got in behind Dennis into the first corner, but was barged out of the way by a charging David greco. Through the next complex the same thing happened and I barely missed the barriers but it was enough to put me back to 9th position and my race was already in serious trouble. I fought back to 6th and was closing on Zaheer when I spin and stalled the engine. Was really frustrating as I think I could have still taken 4th with my 2 stop strategy, and maybe 3rd with a clean race.
Hopefully next race will be better.
Thanks to the team for the race and help during the testing.
Bring on Monza!!"

"And guess what... DNF! Surprise! After a bad qual I started from 7th and could move up to 6th after a few corners. Then I had a nice fight with my teammate Sebastian (Schmalenbach) who overtook me by surprise in the first lap. I could reovertake him and closed up to David (Greco) later in the stint. I was in his gearbox already when I spun in his dirty air in turn 9 where I damaged the suspension and frontwing. I came into the pits to sort out the stuff but the suspension was too damaged already. My wheel was not straight anymore and the laptimes were too slow, so I decided to retire."
